Acrylic Render
Acrylic render is used in preparation for a texture coat and can be applied to all forms of substrate.
Heritage
We specialise in blending new looks into old and you can view examples of our quoins, bands, plinths,
corbels and facades in our heritage picture gallery.
Lath & Plaster
Lath and plaster was a building process used to finish mainly interior walls and ceilings until the late 1950s.
Swart Plastering is highly skilled when it comes to lath and plaster repairs.
Sand Finishes
Sand Finishes are applied over cement render and provide a fine even smooth finish either for a paint finish
or for use with color oxides to provide a decorative finish.
Solid Sand & Cement Rendering
We have a high level of expertise when it comes to the application of traditional sand and cement rendering.
Stucco / Rough Cast
Roughcast is a coarse dash coat applied over a render base consisting of a slurry coat with gravel / pebbles that provides a decorative finish.
Texture Coat
A texture coat is applied externally over render and are usually ‘trowel on sand’ based texture coatings for
fine and medium finishes. The end result can be tinted to most colours.
