Ceiling repair
In small kitchen room, bathroom and a bit in hall way, all downstairs areas, as per the photos..
Also some in one bedroom... would probably allow a couple of metres of cornice for those as well to remove and replace ....
That's correct. 4 separate areas to cut out. No need to paint, already arranged a painter to paint the whole interior afterwards.

Cut around cornice and only replace the ceiling and cornice at front of door where damaged.
Note: we can work around the door just bring all our tools and materials in and close door remove the tracks motor etc... it's a bit of a mission.

Remove tiles carefully and set aside. Refix toilet roll and remote holder to side wall. No sanding necessary.
